OmegaOne Get Access and Login
If you are a first-time OmegaOne user, follow these instructions to complete the registration process.
Note: First-time users must follow these OmegaOne registration steps, even if you are using your headquarters login.
- There are multiple ways from which you can get started. You can:
- Use the link in your OmegaOne User Account email
- Go to omegafi.com. Click Get Access in the top right of the screen. Then select OmegaOne from the application options.
- Use the link in your OmegaOne User Account email
- Select your organization from the dropdown menu.
- If you do not see your organization in the list, on the line "If your organization is not found...", click the link to Continue.
- If you do not see your organization in the list, on the line "If your organization is not found...", click the link to Continue.

The “National” field will pre-fill based on your selection in the above step. Complete the remaining fields as prompted.
Note: If you are prompted to enter a username and password in this step, enter your headquarters login information. If you do not know your headquarters login, visit your organization’s national website to obtain your login information.
- After OmegaOne finds your account, you will receive this message redirecting you to the registration page. No action is required here.
Note: If you are directed to a login page after this step, enter your OmegaFi login (not your headquarters login) in the corresponding fields.
- There may be an enrollment form to establish your login details. Complete the form and then click Sign Up.
- After the form is submitted successfully, you will automatically log into OmegaOne. There may be a pop-up to update your information. Complete the information in the fields and click Submit.
- Read and accept the Terms of Service. These can be reviewed at the link at the top. Click Accept & Continue.
- Your account is now logged in and set up. For all future logins, go to omegafi.com and click Log in at the top right of the screen.
- If you are not using your headquarters login, click the OmegaFi tab and enter your username and password.
- If you are using your headquarters login, click the Third Party tab and enter that username and password.
Note: If needed, you can use Forgot password for your OmegaFi login. Any resets to your headquarters login must be completed through your national organization’s website or portal.
