1. On the login screen, select Forgot Password?
2. Enter your User ID in the box and click Submit.
3. If your account was found, you will receive an email from OmegaFi with instructions on how to reset your password.
Note: If you do not receive an email, your account may not be registered, or is registered under a different email address. If you do not receive an email, see: How do I create a new OmegaFi login?
Select the Reset Your Password button in the email.
4. You will then be prompted to enter and confirm a new password. Select Submit to complete the process.
